Scams galore approved of by government, including radon gas, rotten and molded roofs, septic tanks, and corruption between the realtor and the inspector that will pass not only radon dangers but electric hazards. Florida is notorious for scams that allow people to be ripped off and having their money stolen. The Better Business Bureau is useless and the courts are too expensive. Take a job in a foreign nation if you can and skip home ownership. You can not take it with you. Do not ever trust a real estate broker to ign the inspector. Get your own inspector. I allowed a realtor to rip me off because I am an investigative reporter and wanted to see what would happen. The banker tried to warn me that the realtor was a fraud, but I already knew this. The federal government and the big banks do not care about you or me. I do not care if many of them are assinated just as in Nuremberg after World War II. We are injected and forced experiments and beat from government in the USA and the scams in business against the common are allowed by the enemy regime in power. They are an international regime. They may be an IT.
